The Minos board is designed, assembled and tested in the UK. Microprocessor controlled and fully CE approved.

- Highly accurate and pure sine wave frequency synthesis generated for 50Hz or 67.5Hz controlled to 0.001 Hz
- Control over motor parameters such as frequencies, phase angle, voltage amplitude via a serial interface. Adjusting these values enables the smoothest motor operation with minimum motor noise and vibration. Values may be written to EEPROM once optimum setup is achieved. The boards will ship with suggested default values but are fully configurable to suit your setup via a USB serial connection.

Bought this as an upgarde for my 1984 LP12 with an orriginal Valhalla supply so that I can play the new 45 rpm vinyl albums that is becoming more and more popular. Installation was a breeze and took all of 30 minutes and my LP 12 was singing at 45 rpm with the new Mark Knopfler One Deep River Album. It is a very modern design, motor startup more quite not sure about any sound difference yet but will give that a carefull listen at some point. Delivery world wide was also a plus as not all European suppliers deliver to South Africa. Delivery worked a breeze and ressulted in a final very cost effective solution. Quality of the board is very good. I defenitely reccommend this as a great value for money and quality upgrade for your LP12.

The Minos is such a significant upgrade. I am using it on my modified TD150 Thorens. It has improved on both the Valhalla and Mose Hercules supplies. The speed stability it generates has increased coherence and dynamic separation. The solidity of imaging is impressive, note envelopes are well defined, complex sounds are explicit, timing is revealed so that the interplay of musicians is revealed. Vocals are superb. Orchestras are stunning. Across genres it makes for engaging listening. I am really re listening to so many records and experiencing them as “experiences”.
